Qigong

Qigong is the art of using energy within your body.  Practicing qigong is an excellent way to make your body stronger and more resilient and your mind clearer and more focused.

Learning to understand the subtleties of how energy works within your body is also important for developing more advanced Kung Fu skills.

At Long White Cloud Kung Fu we have a comprehensive qigong training program which can be undertaken alongside your regular kung fu training or separately if you prefer. There are regular classes at the Takapuna headquarters and also intensive weekend workshops from time to time.
