Women’s Only Self Defence Bootcamps!

Have fun, get fit and learn to protect yourself!  These ten week courses are a great way to develop functional fitness and core strength while also learning practical skills to keep you safe and make you more confident.

All Instinct Self Defence courses use the simplest most effective movements based on your natural instincts, so you can learn to protect yourself FAST!  All this combined with a fantastic full-body workout!

Self Defence 101 – Basics

This course teaches important skills for responding immediately to an attack and breaking free from an attacker if the try to grab hold of you.  A highlight of the course is practicing fending off an attack from a ‘Redman’ attacker.  This helps to prepare you against the stress of a real attack and is also a lot of fun! You can see a video of the Redman in action here.  All this combined with a fast, effective, full-body fat burning and toning workout!

Self Defence 102 – Weapons

Unfortunately violence with weapons is becoming more common in our society – particularly knives.  This course will teach important concepts and practical skills to deal with these kinds of attacks.  With knowledge and understanding comes greater confidence and a better chance of being able to respond effectively and survive if this ever happens to you.  All this combined with a fast, effective, full-body fat burning and toning workout!
