Fitness Challenge

We have a fitness challenge running at the studio this year.  It is affectionately known as ‘Climbing the Mountain’.

This is how it goes:

Rules: Each round consists of the number of pull-ups, followed by the number of push-ups followed by the number of sit-ups.  For example: Round One = 1 pull-up, 1 push-up, 1 sit-up.  Round Two = 2 pull-ups, 2 push-ups, 2 sit-ups.

  • Exercises must be performed with good form and in one complete set.
  • 1 minute rest after each of the marker rounds which are: 5= base camp, 8 = Ruapehu, 10 = Mount Cook, 12 = Denali, 14 = K2, 15 = Everest

There will be a prize for the first to reach Everest (witnessed in open mat) and their name will go in the hall of fame!!
